Mainly, bar at “Locale” focuses on seasonal tinctures. All of them are being made by the season, when one or another fruit gathers its best from the sun. Some of ingredients, later is being used to prepare shrubs or a wonderful cocktail cherries, sometimes we just make some candied fruits for garnish. As well we’re trying to fill our alcohol shelves with most of the rare alcoholic beverages that we can get from local suppliers, some of them we’re bringing by our own for some of EU contries, mainly its an Italy vermouths like “Professore” or “Barolo Chinato”. We are those who love what they do, we’re trying to give “taste” to our guests. Taste of the land where we born, a taste of Latvia. Every Latvian house knows those things like quince, chokeberry or sea-buckthorn. We just trying to maintain and continue traditions… We’re trying to share our everyday experience, warming You up in winter and cooling You down at summer. Taking only the best things that our land can give… Crystal clear ice, combination of traditions and modern technologies, scrupulousness and love of our profession is our philosophy…
